At Inner Compass Life, you will reconnect with your own inner compass. You've always had it. No one but you has full access. Yet others have probably insisted that your compass is flawed, defective... or even non-existent. "Who do you think you are?" "It's only your imagination. "You're doing it wrong. "You don't really feel that way." "Well, I think you should just..." "I know best." And the list goes on. No wonder we are disconnected from our deep inner wisdom and feel lost or stuck!
Why do we lose our way? We all have beliefs about ourselves, others, work, family, and how our world works. Many of these are powerful, helpful, and meaningful. Other concepts worked for a short time but are now outdated. Some were...and still are...toxic and dangerous. These beliefs are like computer programs running invisibly in the background, affecting moods, feelings, relationships, self-worth, work, finances, and even physical health. We are often navigating with a broken compass that needs to be re-calibrated.
Yet pain - either emotional, spiritual or physical - is actually a gift: a clear message that we are stuck in beliefs that are in opposition with our true self and best life.
It's time to reclaim your inner knowing! But how? Some people access it through emotions they feel in their hearts. Others hear messages, see images, have dreams, compose music, write poetry, or paint pictures. Perhaps you have hunches or gut instincts or just 'feel it in your bones.'

Long before I received my degree in Psychology, I knew I would never be a therapist.
